SHIPPING POLICY

Most in-stock items ship within one business day.  Tracking information is provided upon shipment.

We take pride in ensuring that each and every order is handled with the utmost care and shipped from our warehouse to you, as quickly as logistically possible.

At checkout, you will be asked to enter the address we will ship your order to.  The cost of shipment will be calculated based on this information.  Soon after we have received your order and after it has been fulfilled, we will send you an email containing tracking information for your order.  From there, it's just a short wait before your order is in your hands.

For residential addresses, expect delivery Monday thru Saturday.  Exceptions include holidays and any weekend business closures.  All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received.  While we generally expect any given order to be shipped within 24 hours of fulfillment, there are cases where additional fulfillment time may be required.  This would include but is not limited to: back-orders, custom or special orders or out of stock products.

Shipments outside the United States may be quoted separately.  We will contact you if this happens.

RETURN POLICY

Most unopened items returned within 30 days will receive a refund or exchange.  Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be credited to the payment form used to make the original purchase.  Damage that occurs during shipment must be handled by the shipping company.  Consumer must pay for shipment back to 3ParkLane.com and original shipping costs are not refunded.
